Hockey, school runs, and studying have now become the main components of my life. Ever since a tragic accident claimed the lives of our parents, my big brother and I have been tasked with looking after our five younger siblings. Amidst failed cooking attempts and preventing sibling fights, I am also supposed to pursue a college degree. However, finding time to study is a challenge, especially with the looming threat of losing my spot on the hockey team if my grades don't improve.

When the new equipment manager offers to tutor me, I know I can't turn down the opportunity, even though I probably should. He's the Coach's son and undeniably tempting.

In my role as this year's equipment manager for my dad's hockey team, my responsibilities mainly involve dealing with sweaty jock straps and ensuring the players are settled in their rooms during away games. Babysitting Asher Dalton was never part of the job description. So why did I agree when his brother asked me to keep an eye on him? And why did I offer to help him with his classes when he was struggling?

During our study sessions, a reward system is suggested, leading us to end up in bed together. I know that Asher is trouble, but there's something about him that draws me in, making it impossible to resist his charms.
